Started with one house in 2022.
HTS Property Holdings is an operator, not an agency. We are the tenant on every lease we sign, and today that is 54 homes across the North.
How we got here
One home, then 54.
- 2022
The first home
HTS starts with one house and pays its rent on the same date every month. That house is still with us.
- 2023
Owners come back
The first landlords hand us a second and a third home.
- 2024
Manchester and Lancashire
Homes in Didsbury and Rossendale join, and several owners now have more than one home with us.
- 2026
Floors, luxury and 54 homes
Two full floors of a block in north Manchester, our largest home to date in Yorkshire, and growth from 45 to 54 homes this year.

Pay on the date
The rent arrives on the same day every month, whatever is happening in the property.
Keep it as we found it
Inspected, cleaned and maintained, presented to first viewing standard throughout, then handed back in the condition we took it.
Say it plainly
One point of contact. If something goes wrong, you hear it from us first.
Think in years
Three to five year agreements, because we are building a portfolio that lasts.
We gave one unit to manage and were so impressed by their professionalism that we now have three units with them. Reliable, well-run, and great communication throughout.
