Our story

Started in 2022.
Now managing 45 units.

HTS Property Holdings was founded in 2022 with a single conviction: landlords across the North West were being failed by an industry built on commission, voids and chasing. We started with one property, treated it as if it were our own home, and paid the landlord on the same day every month — without fail.

That same property is still in our portfolio today. From a single unit in 2022, we now operate 45 units across Greater Manchester, the wider North West and the Peak District fringe — working with landlords who care about who lives in their property and who looks after it.

We're independently owned. We don't answer to investors who want short-term returns. Every property we take on is a long-term commitment — to the landlord, to the people we house, and to the building itself.

And we're growing. We're actively looking for more properties to add to the portfolio — apartment blocks, houses, cottages and characterful Peak District homes across Manchester and the wider North West.

Pay on time, every time

Guaranteed rent isn't a marketing line. It's a contractual commitment we have honoured for every landlord, every month, since we started.

Treat the property well

Every unit we operate is regularly inspected, cleaned and maintained. Issues are fixed in days, not weeks.

Communicate clearly

One direct point of contact. Honest answers. No corporate evasion. If something goes wrong, you'll be the first to know.

Long-term over short-term

We sign 3 to 7 year leases because we're not looking for a quick win. We're building a portfolio that lasts.
