HTS becomes your tenant on a company let and pays a guaranteed rent for the whole term. Bills, day to day repairs and the running of the home are ours. The boiler and the roof stay with you.
Occupants are contractors on local projects and clients placed by relocation companies, on stays of a few weeks to a few months, with shorter stays filling the gaps.

Does the property need to be furnished?
No. Furnished or unfurnished both work. If it's empty, we decorate, furnish and stage it at our cost. If it's already furnished, we take it on as it is.

Are there any fees?
