We already run homes in the Peaks. Stone cottages there are some of the most requested stays we offer.
Already furnished as a holiday let? We take it on as it is. Empty, we decorate, furnish and stage it at our cost.
HTS becomes your tenant on a company let and pays a guaranteed rent for the whole term. Bills, day to day repairs and the running of the home are ours. The boiler and the roof stay with you.
Occupants are contractors on local projects and clients placed by relocation companies, on stays of a few weeks to a few months, with shorter stays filling the gaps.

Do you offer guaranteed rent in the Peaks?
Yes. HTS takes on homes across the Peak District, including Buxton, Bakewell, Matlock, Glossop, Hathersage and the Hope Valley, on three to five year company lets with a fixed monthly rent.
Does the property need to be furnished?
No. Furnished or unfurnished both work. If it's empty, we decorate, furnish and stage it at our cost. If it's already furnished, we take it on as it is.
What kind of property do you take in the Peaks?
Cottages, houses two bed and up, luxury and country homes, flats where the lease permits, whole floors and blocks.
Are there any fees?
No. No setup fee, no management fee and no commission, to the landlord or to an introducing agent.
Is guaranteed rent better than a letting agent in the Peaks?
For many landlords, yes. You avoid agent fees, voids and day to day repairs, and the rent arrives on the same date every month whether the home is occupied or not.
