What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, the property location and type, your preferred contact method and anything you write in the message. We also record which page and advert brought you to the site.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible agreement, on the basis of our legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our acquisitions inbox. Where you accept advertising cookies, Google, Meta and LinkedIn process data about your visit.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to agreements are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
